Krikya BD Terms and Conditions — Complete User Guidelines

Below are definitions of key terms used throughout these terms and conditions:

• "Krikya BD" or "Platform" refers to the krikyabd.ws website and its associated mobile application.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual registered on Krikya BD.
• "Service" refers to all online gaming, betting, lottery, voucher, and other services provided by Krikya BD.
• "Wallet" refers to the balance of funds held in a member's account.

Krikya BD reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Members will be notified via email or an on-platform notification before any changes take effect.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.

To create an account on Krikya BD, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Submitting false information at registration is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Date of birth (required to verify 18+ age)
• Valid password (minimum 8 characters)

Identity Verification (KYC)

Krikya BD follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security. You may be asked to verify your identity in any of the following situations:

• When submitting a withdrawal request for the first time
• When making large transactions
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account
• When claiming a bonus

To complete KYC verification, you must submit a clear photo of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
3. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
4. To withdraw from your bonus balance, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Funds will only be sent to a mobile banking or bank account registered in the member's own name.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. The minimum deposit required is ৳500, with a 10x wagering requirement.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games and betting approved by Krikya BD.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until all bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any bonus not used within this period will be automatically forfeited.

Cricket Betting

In cricket betting, if a match is less than 90% complete, bets will generally be considered void and the original stake will be refunded.

Football Betting

If a football match lasts less than 90 minutes, it will be considered abandoned and all bets will be voided.

Games & Casino

All games on Krikya BD are operated through third-party licensed software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are entirely fair and unbiased.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Krikya BD platform:

• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds
• Manipulation or hacking of the betting system
• Operating multiple accounts
• Opening an account using another person's information
• Using bots or automated software for betting or gaming
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in fraudulent activity against other members
• Intimidating or harassing Krikya BD employees

If any of the above activities are proven, Krikya BD may immediately suspend the account and forfeit all balances. Law enforcement authorities will also be notified if necessary.

Krikya BD may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• If the Terms and Conditions are violated
• If KYC verification is not completed
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

When a member wishes to close their own account

You may request account closure at any time by emailing our support team. We recommend withdrawing any remaining wallet balance before closing your account. Any unused bonus balance will not be refunded after the account is closed.

If the matter cannot be resolved through our support team, it may be escalated to Krikya BD's licensing authority. No dispute shall be taken directly to court without the mutual consent of both parties.
